Only unused, unwashed and merchandise with tags still attached may be exchanged or returned for a refund. Returns to the original form of payment as defined by the return conditions.

If for any reason any of your items don’t work (and are not final sale) you must complete the return process in the return portal on the website before sending the items back.

All returned items will be inspected once received. All remaining credits will be credited back on the original payment method. Unauthorized returns will be issued store credit. Final sale items are not returnable. ANY FINAL SALE ITEMS RETURNED WILL NOT BE REFUNDED OR RETURNED TO SENDER.

Exchange Policy

We offer free exchanges for any items on your order that are in returnable condition based on the above criteria within 30 days of the original purchase date. All returned items will be inspected once received. When you place your exchange order, the new items will not ship until the returned items have been received at our warehouse.
